Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga

Jenny interviews her prenatal yoga teacher, Roberta Kelinson, owner of Born to Breathe: Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. Roberta’s goal is to assist women on the grand adventure of motherhood by empowering them through movement, education, discussion, and trust. She is a 500 hour registered yoga teacher since 2002 with a registered prenatal yoga teach credential in 2014 and her postnatal yoga teacher training in 2018. In this episode, she talks not only about yoga but about the grace and acceptance women need to have around their amazing bodies as well as the power of positive affirmations. Breastfeeding Twins and Pumping at Work

Jenny gets pumping tips, tricks, and advice from Rebecca. Rebecca is a Clinical Social Worker in the Behavioral Health field. She is also a mother of twins and a blogger. Rebecca breastfed her twins for fourteen months and ten of those months were spent pumping at work. She shares her experience and the knowledge she's acquired during her breastfeeding journey. She talks about the importance of knowing your rights as a pumping employee and how to be as efficient as possible in those short windows of pumping time.
